Debbie Darwin, a native Texan, is a real estate broker and owner of Darwin Real Estate Group, a brokerage firm in Arlington, TX. Debbie has always loved real estate and is passionate about the industry. She has held her Texas Real Estate license since 1985, and formed her brokerage firm in 2019. Having lived in Arlington for over 45 years has given Debbie the understanding of the local real estate market, along with her years in the industry, proves valuable to buyers and sellers.

Debbie began specializing in foreclosure properties in 1985, fresh out of real estate school. This specialization has led to Debbie’s success and she believes her drive and persistence is the foundation for her success. Debbie’s career involves public speaking, agent training, and convention panel expert. She is detail driven, organized and creative.

Debbie and husband Fred have lived in the Arlington area for over 45 years. Their two sons are very successful, one is a business owner and the other son is a doctor. They have five beautiful grandchildren, which they love spending time with. Debbie spends her down time traveling with Fred. They love to visit the National Parks and make it their goal to visit one park at least every vacation. Favorite parks are Yellowstone and The Mighty Five

Debbie has been involved in volunteerism most of her life, beginning as a teenager. She has served as : Ambassador for the Arlington Chamber of Commerce, Board of Directors member for a local  charity, Tarrant County UNICEF Coordinator and a Red Cross volunteer. One of her favorite volunteer activities is Weimaraner Rescue of Texas, giving those dogs their “freedom” rides to safety. No surprise that the family has an adopted rescue foster named Roxie.
